Carter Arnett offers a free initial consultation to victims and survivors of Image-Based Sexual Abuse and may offer pro-bono or low-bono ongoing services. Assistance may include a full range of litigation-related services, from filing a civil suit to helping with an individual’s impact statement in a criminal case to helping with DMCA takedown-requests.
